I’ve nicked this recipe from the mother in-law after she cooked me Normandy Chicken one Saturday evening. Often we cook with wine but not often do you associate Apples, or in this case cider, with chicken. Normandy is known for its apples, cream and brandy so this recipe for Normandy Chicken brings them all together in comfort food bliss. This is a one pot wonder which makes it great for cooking while camping and equally as good while sitting at home on a Saturday evening! Serve with some mashed potatoes to soak up the lovely sauce!
