I’m Lee… Lee Parsons. I live in Leicester with my fiancé, and some tropical fish. I have a passion for cooking, finding incredible recipes and of course eating! I’m
always hungry which probably explains my love for cooking and i’ll happily try everything more than once. Hand in hand with this is drinking and I love a good glass of wine, preferably red, but I’m not fussy. I’ve been taking cooking seriously for 5 years and have an unhealthy obsession with cooking and recipe books. My house is littered with them but there’s simply not enough time in a week to try all the recipes I’ve collected. On top of this I’m happy to experiment when cooking so expect to find recipes of my own creation on the blog.
I’m born and bred in Leicester, have a love of football so naturally support the mighty Leicester City and can normally be found loitering round the hog roast stall on a match day.
I.T. or Information Technology is what I do to earn a living and have a great interest in gadgets and IT technologies. I deal in Enterprise Support and Implementations for a building materials manufacturer and have detailed dealings in Microsoft products such as Windows Server 2008 Active Directory as well as other enterprise class products like VMware vSphere. I currently hold MCSA, MCSE and MCITP qualifications.
I’ve recently taken up golf and am now totally obsessed with it. To the point I bore most people I talk to about it. That’s not to say I’m any good, in fact, quite the contrary. But god loves a trier and a trier I am!
